How to Build ShaderSchool with Visual Studio 2003:

1. The environment variable QTDIR has to be set to QT's root distribution
2. QT has to be compiled (libs in "%QTDIR%\lib")
2. QT's include directory has to be in the VC++ include directories list
3. QT's lib directory has to be in the VC++ library directories list
4. Put GLEW 1.3.3 for Windows (or higher) in the libs\glew directory
5. Put GLUT 3.7.6 for Windows (of higher) in the libs\glut directory
